Why traditional approaches stall here

What the protocol actually does

State Shift sequences three interventions across seven days, calibrated to the specific survival pattern you are running.

Top-down (subconscious)

A daily hypnotherapy audio drawing on Rapid Transformation Therapy methodology - the same modality used in 1:1 sessions at ALT workspace - delivered as a self-paced recording. Five to seven minutes. Designed to interrupt the subconscious instruction at the layer where it was installed.

Bottom-up (nervous system)

A daily five-minute vagal toning practice using the specific techniques that build parasympathetic capacity - humming, vocal toning, slow exhale, orienting, eye exercises. These are not generic relaxation practices. They are precision interventions that change autonomic state, and they are the foundation of why some people can hold visibility and money without dysregulation while others cannot.

Outside-in (action)

A daily micro-action calibrated to your archetype. Small enough to bypass survival mode. Specific enough to produce evidence. The body learns from completed action what no amount of thinking can teach it.

Seven days. Fifteen minutes per day. One small action per day. By Day 7, you will have moved from intellectual understanding to embodied data: you will have done the thing you have been unable to do, and your nervous system will have recorded it.

Begin with a 90-second diagnostic

The State Shift Diagnostic identifies the specific survival pattern currently running. Most existing nervous system work assumes everyone is in the same state. They are not. Survival mode wears at least three distinct faces, and what regulates one face will further dysregulate another.

You will be assigned one of three current-state archetypes. The seven-day protocol is then calibrated to your specific physiological pattern: different audios, different practices, different daily actions.

Sympathetic dominance

Overworking, urgency-posting, optimisation as avoidance. The state looks productive from the outside and feels like vibrating glass from the inside. Posts at 11pm, refreshes analytics, takes on more rather than less. Cannot slow down because slowing down activates the thing underneath the spinning. The protocol for the Driven Performer emphasises downregulation, long exhale work, and hypnotic suggestions for safety in stillness.

The Stalled Strategist

Dorsal vagal dominance.

Knows exactly what to do and cannot do it. The launch is built but unlaunched. The proposal is written but unsent. The price is decided but not posted. This is not laziness. For others, the next step is 1:1 coaching, RTT, or QHHT - the modalities that produce the deeper subconscious rewriting that a self-paced protocol cannot reach.

How The First Calibration works

The First Calibration opens for a limited number of participants. Onboarding begins within 48 hours of enrolment. It runs as a guided seven-day intake with daily content delivery, direct access to Renee in a private group, and a structured pre and post assessment.

In return for the calibration price, participants agree to:

  • Complete the seven-day protocol within fourteen days of starting
  • Submit the pre and post assessment
  • Provide a short feedback response at the end of Day 7
  • Allow anonymised use of their results (with consent) for the public launch

You will not be asked to write a testimonial unless you genuinely want to.
