Quantum Healing Hypnosis technique
and Past Life Regression
How It Works, What to Expect, and How to Prepare
What QHHT Actually Is
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a deep-state hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon across more than 45 years of clinical practice. It accesses the somnambulistic state, the deepest level of trance used in hypnotherapy, to facilitate direct communication with the subconscious mind.
Some people refer to this as the higher self, the oversoul, or simply the part of you that holds information your conscious mind doesn't have access to. The label is irrelevant. What matters is that it consistently produces answers, clarity and resolution that surface-level methods cannot reach.
If RTT is a precision tool (one pattern, one root cause, one session to rewire it), QHHT is the wide-angle lens. It doesn't start with your agenda. It starts with what your subconscious determines you most need to see, understand or release right now. That distinction matters, because the subconscious rarely prioritises the same things your conscious mind would.
This is not guided meditation. It's not a relaxation exercise. It's a structured, facilitated process that produces specific, actionable insight. The kind you can make decisions from.
QHHT works within your existing belief system. It doesn't require you to adopt any particular spiritual framework or worldview. Whether you understand the subconscious as a neurological function, an energetic field, or something else entirely, the process meets you where you are.
What QHHT Addresses
QHHT doesn't work by targeting a single presenting challenge the way RTT does. The subconscious sets the agenda. That said, these are the situations that most commonly bring ALT workspace clients to a session:
Recurring patterns that don't respond to conventional approaches.
You've done the coaching. You've done the strategy work. You've read widely, reflected honestly, and still something keeps cycling. The same relational dynamic. The same revenue ceiling. The same point where momentum stalls. QHHT reaches layers that talk-based and even standard hypnotherapy methods don't access. It often surfaces root causes that have no obvious origin in your current life experience.
High-stakes transitions.
Exiting a partnership. Closing or selling a business. Shifting industries entirely. Stepping away from an identity you built over decades. When the decision isn't about information (you already have enough of that) but about permission, alignment, or understanding why you keep hesitating despite knowing the answer, QHHT provides a vantage point that logic alone can't offer.
The "everything looks right but something's off" state.
This is surprisingly common among people who are objectively successful. The business works, the lifestyle is functional, the external markers are all there. And yet there's a persistent sense of misalignment, restlessness, or the nagging feeling that you're building the wrong thing. QHHT is built for exactly this kind of inquiry, because the answer isn't in another strategy session. It's in a conversation with the part of you that already knows.
Questions too large for a standard coaching conversation.
Purpose. Legacy. Direction. The ones that keep circling but never resolve, no matter how many journals you fill or retreats you attend. You'll prepare a list before your session, and the subconscious addresses them directly. The answers tend to be specific, surprisingly practical, and often not what you expected.
Physical patterns without clear medical explanation.
Some clients come to QHHT after exhausting conventional medical pathways. While QHHT is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional healthcare, the process can surface emotional or subconscious contributors to persistent physical patterns. Any physical health concerns should always be discussed with your GP or specialist first and foremost.
How Many Sessions Do You Need?
One. QHHT is designed as a single-session modality. The depth and duration of the process means that one session covers an extraordinary amount of ground. Some clients return months or years later when they enter a new life phase or have a fundamentally different set of questions, but that's by choice, not by design.
Why QHHT Is Conducted In-Person Only
This is not a limitation. It's a deliberate requirement of the method, and it exists to protect the quality and safety of the experience.
The somnambulistic state accessed during QHHT is the deepest trance level used in clinical hypnotherapy. Facilitating that state, holding the space safely while you're in it, reading the subtle physical and energetic cues that guide the session in real time ... none of this can be adequately replicated through a screen.
If you've invested in high-level coaching, consulting, or advisory work before, you already understand that certain conversations require presence. QHHT is one of them. The depth of the work demands it.
Sessions are conducted at in-person locations throughout Australia. Because I travel to deliver these sessions, availability is location-dependent. The waitlist ensures you're contacted when sessions become available in your area.

How a QHHT Session Works
Before Your Session: Preparation
QHHT requires more preparation than a standard coaching or hypnotherapy session because of its depth and duration. After registering your interest, you'll receive a detailed preparation guide. The key elements:
You'll prepare a list of questions you want answered. These can cover any area of your life: business direction, relationships, health patterns, purpose, specific decisions you're sitting on, recurring dynamics you want to understand. There's no cap on how many you bring, but prioritising your top five to ten ensures the most critical ground gets covered first.
You'll also receive guidance on how to practise settling into a receptive state in the days leading up. This isn't meditation homework. It's simple, practical preparation that helps you access the deep state more readily on the day.
The Day of Your Session
A QHHT session is a full-day commitment. Typically five to six hours. This is by design. The depth of work this modality accesses cannot be compressed into a 90-minute window, and attempting to rush it undermines the result.
Here is how the day unfolds:
1. Pre-session interview (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours).
We begin with a thorough conversation about your life, your history, your questions, and what brought you to this point. This is not surface-level rapport building. It's a critical part of the method. The more clearly I understand your landscape, the more precisely I can guide the session, and the more relevant material your subconscious will surface. This conversation also allows your nervous system to settle and trust the process before the hypnosis begins.
2. Deep-state hypnosis and exploration (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours).
You'll be guided into the somnambulistic state. In this state, the subconscious presents experiences, scenes, or information directly relevant to your questions and current circumstances. The form varies by person. Some experience vivid narratives. Others receive information more conceptually or symbolically. What remains consistent is that the content is always specific to you and always meaningful.
3. Subconscious dialogue.
Once the exploration phase is complete, I facilitate a direct conversation with your subconscious or higher self. This is where your prepared questions are asked and answered. Clients consistently describe this as the most valuable part of the session. The responses tend to be direct, specific, and often surprising in their clarity and practical relevance.
4. Post-session debrief.
After returning to full waking awareness, we spend time discussing what came through. Some clients remember the session clearly. Others recall fragments, or very little. Both are completely normal. Your entire session is audio-recorded, and you'll receive that recording to revisit at your own pace.
After Your Session
The integration period after QHHT is different from RTT. There's no daily recording protocol. Instead, the process continues to unfold over days and weeks, often in ways you won't consciously direct. Clients frequently report:
New clarity arriving without effort, as though decisions are making themselves. Dreams that carry weight or unusual specificity. Shifts in how they relate to patterns, people, or situations that previously felt stuck. A grounded sense of knowing that wasn't available before.
Give yourself genuine space afterwards. Don't schedule calls, meetings, or anything that demands sharp cognitive output for the rest of the day. Eat grounding food. Drink water. Let the experience settle on its own terms.
QHHT vs. RTT: Choosing the Right Modality
Both work with the subconscious mind. They serve fundamentally different purposes.
RTT is the right fit when
you can name the specific pattern, belief, or behaviour that's creating friction. Imposter syndrome. Procrastination. A recurring success ceiling. A confidence block that shows up in predictable situations. RTT is precise, targeted, and typically resolves the root cause in one to three sessions. Available online or in-person.
QHHT is the right fit when
the challenge is broader, less defined, or when you're seeking understanding rather than a specific fix. Major life transitions. Persistent misalignment you can't pinpoint. Questions about purpose, direction, or legacy. Patterns that don't have an obvious origin. QHHT is exploratory, expansive, and designed for a single in-person session.
If you're not sure
book a clarity call. We'll talk through where you are and I'll tell you directly which modality fits, or whether a coaching engagement makes more sense as a starting point.
How to Prepare for Your QHHT Session
In the weeks before:
Start building your question list. Write without filtering or editing. Questions about any area of your life are valid: business direction, relationships, health patterns, recurring dynamics, decisions you've been circling, things you've always wanted to understand but never had the right context to ask.
If you want to read or listen to material about QHHT beforehand, that's fine, but don't over-research. Coming in with rigid expectations about what "should" happen can actually work against the process. Your subconscious leads. Your job is to let it.
Practise the relaxation exercise included in your preparation guide. Even five minutes a day will make a noticeable difference on the day itself.
In the days before:
Finalise your question list. Prioritise your top five to ten, but bring the complete list.
Avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours before your session. Reduce caffeine where possible (it can interfere with reaching the deep state). Get adequate rest, though don't stress if sleep is disrupted. Some anticipation is normal and won't affect the quality of the session.
On the day:
Eat a light, sustaining meal before arriving. The session runs for several hours and you don't want physical hunger pulling your attention.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll be lying down for an extended period.
Arrive with an open mind and a genuine willingness to let the process lead. The most powerful sessions happen when the client releases the need to control or predict what will come through.
Clear the rest of your day entirely. No meetings. No deadlines. No social commitments afterwards. You'll want quiet, unstructured space to process.
Mindset:
You do not need to believe in past lives, energy work, or any particular framework for QHHT to produce results. What's required is willingness to engage with the process openly and to allow your subconscious to communicate in whatever form it chooses.
If you're sceptical, that's welcome. There's a meaningful difference between scepticism and resistance. Scepticism says "I'm not convinced, but I'm willing to find out." Resistance says "I've already decided this won't work." The first is fine. The second will limit what's possible.
Most people who are drawn to QHHT already sense that conventional approaches have taken them as far as they can. Trust that instinct.
