If you've ever wondered "how do you reinvent myself?" If you've ever found yourself in 'limbo' with your career, relationships, living situation, life direction or health - You can interpret this as either an exciting, or an anxiety inducing, stressful time ... It feels like it's all falling apart.
It's the later for most people ... until you 'decide' to see the benefits and how things are actually coming together & falling into place for a different future.
How do I reinvent Myself?
Reinventing yourself takes courage and determination to release a set of stories we tell ourselves and create new ones ... it's an identity shift that can put you back in control of your life!
I hear you saying ... isn't that dishonest or faking it?
If you're truly wanting to reinvent yourself then the answer is NO!
People do it all the time, sometimes consciously other times sub-consciously. Become the director or your own life & shift the character you've been taught to play.
The courage it takes to release an outdated version of yourself is real - detachment isn't easy for most people until they learn how.
Getting to the root of issues means getting to know yourself in a completely different way, and stepping into a version of yourself that you haven't yet explored.
I've done this a few times in my life, and the first time I noticed that others saw something about me that I didn't, it intrigued me ... so I had to explore.
It's a unique experience for each individual, and I'm reminded of a song called 'unwritten - by Natascha bedingfield' that might resonate.
It's your story and you are the author and director of your life - don't let anyone else dictate how the rest of your story unfolds.
If you'd like a guide on how to:
- detach from unhealthy relationships
- release and reject others unhelpful opinions
- be more self-confident
- be more aware of conflicting beliefs
- release the version of yourself that's reinforced by others, you know the ones always reminding you ...
You don't deserve ___, you're not good enough, pretty/handsome enough, not wealthy enough, not smart enough, you don't belong there ... etc. - Know that you're enough
- know that you have a purpose & you decide what that is.
- know that you are powerful
